Yes we are going to de-bunk the myths, sort out the wheat from the chaff and generally give it a good going over.
As we should all know by now each month we cover a band that can be regarded as a classic band
in the history of rock (yep, it ain't long before our band is here soon, that is if we found one).
This month we will have a version of the all time classic Stairway to heaven (the one that some
Rolf Harris wanker pissed about with). It is played mainly
on Jimmy Page's acoustic and amazingly for once he has used standard tuning. It has a simple fingerstyle picking and then
the electric guitars add to the sound later.
This month we have....
take it away Rish
This month: Paul Gilbert, Billy Sheehan and Reeves Gabrels.
Open your horizon into that wide wide world of guitars, but none of them quite as bizzare as this one......
OLGA is NOT the name of a big russian woman but it is a good directory for tabs I have found so far. It also has a lot of bass tabs and it is the source of this homepage basically. If you haven't been there yet, then where have you been all your life?.....
The Guitar Haven is another very useful resource page, similar to OLGA, but it also has lessons and links to other pages and keen guitarists like me and you.
Great Guitar Sites on the Web Over 1,000 music and guitar sites are already listed here. This site
operates to provide a service to the world's guitarists. Worth a visit as it has endless links

I will finish this page off in the near, very near future as well....Do mail me if you have any comments to make. Admittedly I have not updated this site for almost 3 years, which is when I just took up playing the guitar, which will also explain why I have covered Stairway to Heaven...I hang my head in utter shame and desbelief, how could I be so naive?...
