Born in Lima, Peru. Graduated from High School at "Colegio Juan XXIII", obtained a Associate in Science in Engineering from Highline Community College and graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Science in Industrial Engineering at the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington, USA. Moved to Canada in the early 1980's. Worked as a Operations Manager in the Food Retail Industry and as a Production Manager in the Food Manufacturing Industry. Currently, doing some freelance designing.

Married to Vincent Juy , mother of three children: Joanna, Alexander and Stephanie.
