| For these photographs I used my Pentax ME Super
The lens is a 70-210 Sigma, and extra focuslength was obtained by a 2x converter. Ftotal = 420 mm with a diafragm of about > f5.6 Not top quality optics, but the results are pretty
much OK. The photographs weren't scanned at a proper resolution, so the
original pictures have better quality.

The left picture shows the "Diamant Ring", this is the moment just before the total eclips. Maybe this is the most beautiful moment, but most spectacular is the total eclipse at the right. |
