Hello Jon, nice web page. I have kept my mint Hallicrafters SX-99 SW receiver I used when first licensed in 1960 as KN3KGT. It has blown out dual diode detector tube, 6N6 or 6N7 I think. Can't find my manual, and haven't found replacement yet. Novice xmtr was Globe Chief 90 with pair of 807's. --- 73, WA3OWT Allan Owen
