Born - 1902 in Lurgan Green, Dundalk, Co. Louth.
Profession - Went as a boy civil servant to London.
He was photographed at funeral of Terrance Mc Sweeny (Mayor of Cork who had died while on hunger strike), arrested and imprisioned and then sent back to Ireland. Went on hunger strike while in prison.
Married - Elizabeth Fitzgerald in 1935.
