Feb. 2 1999 The paint is dull, fuel stains, 15 years worth of nicks and scratches.  It's time to refinish her!

It doesn't look that bad in this picture but wait till I start working on the paint that is bubbling off.

I found that a hair blow drier when used to heat the paint also bubbled up the loose paint (probably moisture underneath).  I used a flat razor blade to peel off the loose bubbling paint.

Now you start to see what I mean, lots of loose paint!
