MOTIVATION

Motivation is the core of all action. You eat because something motivates you to alleviate the discomfort of having an empty belly. You buy flowers for your wife because you are motivated to make her think highly of you. You study for a test because you are motivated to make an A. If you think about it, most motivation comes from goals or chance of getting some reward for your effort. Obviously, a prerequisite is believing you are capable of reaching the goal. Sometimes, you are simply motivated by an intangible reward, such as the possibility of enjoying yourself. I've broken down motivation into eight categories that are responsible for human action. Click on the link below to examine the first reason.

Hopefully, after reading this web page you will be able to prescribe any action you witness to one of the following eight motivations.
