Latest version of TWY/TF: Version 3.0: 31 January 2003. Extensively rewritten
version of TWY to make use of new code techniques. TWY will now auto-recognise
PS1.3A/1.3A-EE3. TF now uses a TF.INI configuration file instead of the Windows
registry. VMPEEK.DLL and IPC.VxD all updated to latest versions.
Compatible with all versions
of Microsoft Windows (tm). Includes a bumper SCENERY.TWY file with 73 airports,

Taxiway (TWY in short) is yet another PS1 add-on program that
displays airport taxiways in a plan view on the lower EICAS screen.
You can program your own airport diagrams using the TWY Maker tool
(under development).
Traffic (TF) is yet another add-on program
that injects online air traffic (from compatible virtual ATC networks)
into the TWY display. TF Is Not TCAS !
The Taxiway Adder (TAD) is a Windows program that converts and
compiles a list of ProController .SCT sector files into the
SCENERY.TWY database file for use with TWY.
Taxiway 3D is an experimental development that renders the same .SCT sector files into 3D "out-the-window" scenery.

System requirements
Taxiway and Traffic require the following:
Traffic and Taxiway Adder require Windows 95 and above, or Windows NT 4 and above to run.
Installation and usage
TWY uses the active Origin and Destination airport entries on the CDU ROUTE page to determine which airport to display. On startup, the Origin airport will be displayed. To switch to the Destination airport, press Ctrl-F12.
If your airplane is not positioned at the airport, you will not see the taxiway display !
The displayed airport code will be '----' if the selected airport does not exist in the SCENERY.TWY database.
The entire process of starting TWY then PS1 from the same DOS window can be automated by means of a batch (.BAT) file. I have supplied one example batch file in the TWYxx.ZIP, called "T.BAT", which should work in most cases. You are at liberty to modify this file to suit your own system setup.
