At Amsterdam Schiphol Airport (EHAM)

 20 July 2000

- Since 13 July 2000, Schiphol has got new taxiway designation signs. It means that all sings previously known as "Link's (lima's)" and "Entry's" are replaced and renumbered by new taxisigns. The new system works with "A (Alpha)" signs to indicate the number of the link-taxiway. This same number now corresponds with the apron entry number. The best way to explain it, is simply to have a look at your map. SAS FSS does not have the updated map yet, however, a new one will soon be available via the Dutch VACC website. Another way is to order a new set of Jeppesen approach plates via your local Jeppesen-dealer. In  Holland, this can be done via the Luchtvaart Hobby Shop (Aalsmeerderbrug) or the Pilot Shop (Lelystad Airport).
