Hey as you know my name is Joe Right now I am finishing out my Ninth Grade Year. My interests include running, rock climbing and rappelling, and flying (playing the crap out of Microsoft Flight Sim 2000). I run track and cross country for our school. I run the 800, 1600 ( mile ) and the 4x800 Relay in Track. We had a pretty good season last year winning 3 out of 5 Invitationals. My mile time from last year is, 5.41, and a 2.39 in my 800. I won the Chilifest 10K Race back in 1998 ( 18 under ) and I placed third in 1999...Mark and Paul and I run alot... but you see the thing is that we just get all our running clothes on and pretend to run... it is really a good illusion... When I graduate High School, I would like to attend either Purdue, or the University of North Dakota. After college, I would like to be commissioned to the US Air Force as an officer. There, after serving 8 years required of all pilots ( I hope to become a pilot ) I hope to either get an interview for a Commercial Airline Pilot job, or stay with the Air Force. My dream job though is to fly for United Airlines out of Chicago or Denver in the Boeing 757-300 or 777 ( hopefully they will still be around. ) Any donations for my private pilot license will be accepted ( I need $$$ for it )

I also am in the BSA, Troop 20, I am the Assistant Senior Patrol Leader (kinda like the VP), we backpack, ski, climb and rappel along with other things. Also within BSA, I am member of the Order of the Arrow, and am a Wilderness Ranger. In the summer of 2000 I will be going to Philmont, New Mexico for a 50 mile backpacking expedition that includes Search and Rescue Training, Rappelling, and many other things. |
