There are various ways to purchase items that are needed by ham operators. There
are local stores such as Ham Radio Outlet (HRO) and Juns. Radio Shack sells many
things that hams use. Hams often buy items from stores all around the country,
using "800" numbers or e-mail, and having the equipment shipped to them.
Additionally, some manufacturers sell direct.
