Well folks its a new year and its time to get started on the project again.

Here is a shot of the tail so far

Here you can see most of the filling and sanding is done on the fuselage. There is still a lot of work to do on the door yet.

Here I am explaining how I installed aluminum angle in the upper cross member. This picture also gives you an idea how big this KR really is!

This is the cowling plug so far. The front section is off of a T-18. The red section is the plug that is ready for wax and then 4 layers of glass. You can also see the RV intake scoop installed on the bottom.

This picture was to show off the head room in this oversize beast! I think the model is almost 6 feet tall and as you can see there is plenty of head room.
