History of the Civil Air Patrol WebRing

The Civil Air Patrol WebRing originally statrted out as 2 different WebRings unknown to each other. The Ringmasters being C/1Lt Christopher Latocki and C/SGT Josh Farmer with their WebSites being the homes of their respective WebRings. Through a stroke of luck through a mutual member they became aware of each other's WebRing, met, talked, and eventually in the spirit of Unity the 2 WebRings merged and became one with a new Homepage dedicated to it and both ringmaster's operating it. Thus the New and Improved Civil Air Patrol WebRing was born.
