Scale Sailplane
and Glider Tug Update |
For a long time now several CEFA
members have been thinking about aerotowing a
scale glider with an electric powered glider tug.
The tug, Byam Wight's Pilatus Porter,
has now been successfully flown. Byam says the
Porter is a real pussycat to fly, with heaps of
power. In the meantime, Matt Greenfield's 1/4
scale Schleicher Ka-8b glider is nearing
