This is my Baycom/HP 200LX APRS Mobile Tracker Setup. The software that I use is an alpha version of my DLG Viewer which implements an subset of the APRS Protocol.



The palmtop is placed above the dash board. LED's are for illumination.

The GPS. It acquires satellites effortlessly despites 2/3 of the sky is blocked.

The box contains the radio and the Baycom modem and is placed under the driver's seat.
The heat sink contains the linear regulator to shield the radio and palmtop from possible voltage transient from the car battery.
