of loads and restraints and types of structural elements.
- Civil Engineering Graphics: A course in traditional engineering
drafting techniques, as well, general instruction in AutoCAD Release 13.
- Surveying: General principles and practices of surveying.
- Engineering Materials: Deals with the basic principles necessary
for the use and selection of materials used in Civil Engineering and points
out the significance of these in practice. Major materials studied are
concrete, metals, timber.
