The following is a list of "Pay to Surf" programs.  Click the "sign up" button to register and start making money.  If you are new to the concept of Pay to Surf, then check out How It Works for some background info.  The terminology used in the descriptions is explained in that section.  And of course if you still have some questions, feel free to email me with them.
Alladvantage

ALLADVANTAGE- Pays $.50 per hour for using their viewbar to view ads.  Also, Pays for up to five levels of referrals.  Viewbar currently available!  This is the program I reccomend the most, it's the number one adstream company.  They are very reliable, a must join!

GetPaid4

GET PAID 4- Paid $.48 for December, up to seven layers of referrals.  Their viewbar is available now!  They, too have had some website problems, but to their credit they are trying to fix them and are making progress.  I requested my first check, and got it!  They do take off a $2 fee every month, but this isn't a very big deal because for just my own surfing I made $34 in one month, more than twice AllAdvantage..  I do reccomend this site, but not over Alladvantage.

Cashsurfers

CASHSURFERS- After Alladvantage, Cashsurfers is the best.  They have paid their members and also have a very reliable viewbar.  The only downsides are that they had a low pay rate for December, and they are experiencing technical deifficulties with their website.  If you join one program, join Alladvantage, if you join two, join Cashsurfers.

MValue

MVALUE- Pays $.50 per hour, $.10 for your friends and $.05 for your friends' friends.  Their contest is over, so you can start earning points with their viewbar, which is out already.  It looks promising, but February will be their first full month, so we'll have to wait and see how they pan out.

Desktop Dollars

DESKTOP DOLLARS- Pays $.50 per hour using their special viewbar.  Up to six levels of referrals.  Viewbar available!  Regular payout starts February 15, we'll see how reliable they are.

Utopiad

UTOPIAD- They promised a large pay rate, but for their first month, they have only had about $.17 per hour.  Stick with them, though, I'm sure the rate will go up as they  get more advertisers.

Surfing2Cash

SURFING 2 CASH- Pays $.40 per hour, up to either four, five, or six levels of referrals, depending on which program you sign up for.  They just released their viewbar, and say payout will start soon.  Their new bar works great!  They're moving up in my opinion!

ValuePay

VALUE PAY- Pays $.60 per hour using their viewbar.  Up to six levels of referrals.  Viewbar is available!  Once you sign up, send an email to jackie@valuepay.com to become authorized for download.  So sign up, And when you do, check the box marked "refugee" on the signup form.

MyPoints

MYPOINTS- Not a 'get paid to surf' program in the adstream sense of the word, (Alladvantage or Spedia), but MyPoints pays you to look at web pages, read emails, sign up for offers and shop online!

Crew-Design

CREW-DESIGN- If this program is right, $1.25 per hour will be the most paid out by any of these internet businesses.  Referrals 7 layers deep.  Their viewbar isn't released yet, even though they promised mid-February.  They have started a start page program very similar to Ignifuge's and say they will pay for that starting March 15th.
Desktop Horizon

DESKTOP HORIZON- Pays $.60 per hour, up to three levels of referrals.  Viewbar being distributed on a first-come-first-serve basis, sign up now!

Epipo

EPIPO- Pays $.60 per hour, up to five levels of referrals.  Viewbar being distributed on a first-come-first-serve basis, sign up now!  While they are working on the cash version they have released a contest edition to all US users.

Go To World

GO TO WORLD- Pays $.40 per hour using their special web browser.  Pays for four levels of referrals.  Browser currently available.  This program has sunk to the bottom, mostly because they have such a low pay rate, it's hard to make any  money.  For a while their site was down and nobody knew what was going on with them, most people involved in 'get paid to surf' programs would agree with me that GoToWorld is not worth the time it takes to sign up.
