Software using 3-D, photorealistic images of fossils to teach introductory students about ten important milestones in human evolution, from the appearance of primates to the extinction of the Neanderthals. Fossil and modern skeletal material and artifacts can be rotated from any angle for easy viewing, and illustrated definitions of all technical terms are available by clicking on the unfamiliar word.
