I designed this helpbase interface as a model for a "best practice" scalable web site design, one that is designed to take advantage of the features and conditions that browsers offer such as resizing fonts, internationalisation of language, and changing background colours. The main menu tabs I engineered by having the top and side borders as background graphics in cells that then will scale when the text increases or decreases. It also is meant to look clean and contemporary, and cute to engage with. 

This is smart work because it was short on time and materials to produce and the emphasis is on ideas not graphics.
