Three years ago, I was harrassed, arrested, and eventually
prosecuted for a crime which they cannot even prove took place -
much less that I committed. The ignorance
of the presiding judge allowed the Commonwealth Attorney's office
to confuse the court with contradictory and untrue statements.
Even after the judge admitted that he had a problem with the
conflicting testimony, he stated that I must be the one who is
lying - since the prosecution witnesses would have no reason to
lie (except for the fact that there were hints of insurance
fraud).
So far, my case has gone all the way to the state Supreme Court. They rejected my case because my attorney filed the request for appeal one day late. It's not such a bad thing, though...Now I can go after my first attorney(a public defender) for failing to provide adequate legal counsel. We've got a good case here.
Right after I got started on this page, I ended up getting a real job, and I just haven't spent as much time on this as I would have liked to. I've been working for Manpower Technical services, and am currently working on an assignment for Racal Recorders as a help desk technician. Needless to say, after 9 hours of troubleshooting equipment - the last thing I feel like doing is sitting in front of my PC....so my page continues to suffer....but there is still the news links section. If I've somehow managed to miss something that you think I should have a link to - let me know.
