E-Mail Notification of Changes to this Website
All new links, texts and major website changes will be listed on this page, the most recent at the top. If you would like to be E-Mailed when site changes occur you can use the form below to register this page with Mind-It (formerly URL-Minder), a free service provided by NetMind.

Fill in your E-Mail address in the form below and press the button. This will take you to another form. If you have not used the Mind-It system before it will ask you to confirm your E-mail address and ask you to choose and confirm a password which you will be able to use to cancel or customise the notification service.
If you HAVE previously used the service you will be taken straight to a form where you can set preferences regarding the notifications sent. (One option is to have a copy of the changed page emailed to you).
Once you have registered Netmind's server will regularly check this page. If it finds it has changed it will E-Mail you. If you get sick of receiving them the E-Mails also contain instructions about how you can unregister.

How private is the information I am giving to sign-up with Mind-it?
If you sign up for Mind-it from this site or the YesMail tracking option, your email address will not be given to any third party.  It will be used only to deliver change-notices for the pages you request. At times, NetMind may also choose to inform you of changes in the status of the service, although such notices should be very infrequent. This free service to you is ad-supported, and advertisements will appear in the change-notices themselves.
NetMind allows its free Mind-it service to be offered by Internet web sites. If they use Mind-it, they must follow all of the same privacy restrictions explained here. NetMind also offers some paid services for use by Internet web sites. We are requesting that web sites cannot use the Mind-it brand publicly, unless they follow NetMind's privacy restrictions. If a site offers you a service from NetMind but does not call it Mind-it, you may want to check out their privacy policies.
Do you give out or sell the email addresses of registered users to third parties?
We do not give out or sell the email addresses of users to anyone unless compelled to do so by law. To do so would be against our explicit terms of service that users agree to when signing up. Privacy is of paramount concern on the Internet, and many of NetMind's users are willing to sign up for Mind-it (when they would not be willing to sign up for mailing lists), because it is widely known that NetMind will not use the addresses for any purpose except to provide the service. Webmasters are given access to the general demographic information supplied by users through our Webmaster's Program.

Does Netmind ever SPAM me with email?
NetMind is against unsolicited email (SPAM) as a matter of policy. You agree that as a sponsored service, messages sent to the above email address in conjunction with this service may contain advertisements. You will not be sent any advertisements-only messages by NetMind, unless it is about an expansion of NetMind´s services. NetMind agrees not to knowingly divulge your email address to third parties, and further that your email address submitted here will only be used to provide and improve upon this service. You agree that NetMind is not liable for the acquisition of your address by third parties without NetMind's knowledge. You acknowledge that NetMind has no control over anything which occurs on servers not controlled by NetMind, including any forms for registering with this service which are not on NetMind's servers. NetMind agrees to take reasonable measures to protect your address and any other personal information submitted on NetMind's servers.
Flycast Privacy Policy

We'd like to add three things :

  • We have used this service to monitor pages ourselves and have found no hidden snags. If we ever do we will put a note on this page about it.
  • If you have used Mind-It (or URL-Minder) before you may have received notices of changes to web pages, but not been able to find any when you visit them. (This can be caused by changes to the way pages are coded, rather than by any change to the contents). We have tried to design this page to avoid E-Mails being sent out because, for example, we change the colour or the navigation controls.
  • If you do ever have any problems with the service please let us know.
