Since ages Hydro does T.V. commercial, who doesn't know the famous Girafe?

But what is the purpose of this, other than to brighten the government fading star?  Do we really have the choice of our electricity supplier?

And we see in the publicity that it says " Hydro the best of us".  If it's true we truly don't have a lot to give!

Who doesn't remember the M3I society scandal?  And the preferentials rates given to different big companies?

It's really not a single individual who could negotiate such rates with Hydro Québec without being laughed in the face!

And then, how can we try to explain or justify the fact that Hydro Quebec interrupts services in thousands of houses, when from their own mouth they paid a pretty 1 450 000$ for a press conference in Churchill Falls that failed?

In the same week of this unforgetable press conference Hydro made several interruptions of services in houses of people who had unpaid amount of between 500.00$  and 2 000.00$
