Like I'd said, I fancy myself as a song writer. Unfortunatly, there's only one song I've written the has been registered with the Library of Congress' Copyright Office.
It's just a little tune I wrote when Jerry Garcia (of the Greatful Dead) past away. Mind you, I liked the Dead. I just thought that some of it's followers were a bit of a turn off. Namely the ones that, if you ever got within 5 feet of them, would ask for spare change, or anything else they thought they could get out of you.
Jerry's gone, so get a life!
Buy a car and learn to drive!
Quit hitch-hikin' on the freeway!
And I ain't got no spare change, today!
No, I don't wanna buy any doses!
I ani't got an extra joint!
I aint givin' away any free smokes, today!
Brother, I think you missed the point!
Note;I haven't done drugs in years and wouldn't advise anyone to take that route! Also, my friends, The Lucky Lizzards do have permission from me to play this song, and, from what I understand, they do play it quite often, at their gigs.
Now you can hear a Real Audio track of Jerry's Gone!
If your tired of the Impeachment process, CHECK THIS OUT! BUT i DID NOT WRITE THIS ONE! It was sent to me annomonusly, by my nephew, I think.
Thenre there's The Man's Song and The Woman's Song, both sent to me annomusly!
I have many more songs I've written that I need to get finished up in the recording studio, then copyrighted, before I can share them with you. With any luck, you may see them soon!
