Growing up in Spring, Texas, he attended Oak Ridge High School before getting his B.S. in Political Science from Texas A&M University. After his stint in Aggieland, Casey went on to receive his J.D. at the University of Houston Law Center. Now, he's located his practice where he grew up: right here in Montgomery County.
