CLINTON TO BE IMPLIED
IN POLITICAL MURDER!

Today it was informed that Rosario Green, Mexican Minister of Foreign Affairs, who has displayed an almost fanatical trend to intervene in U.S inner affairs, like hiring one of New York's most prestigious lawyers to sue American ranchers who defend their property from illegal immigrants causing damages therein; that same Rosario Green who has pushed over and over again the US Government to act against citizens who enforce the law is 'informing' President William Clinton that Vicente Fox is 'a factor of unceirtanty' for Mexico - implying with this that she wants to have Fox murdered and is requesting Clinton's permission.
It isn't the first time. In 1994, Presidente Carlos Salinas told Clinton that Donaldo Colosio, the PRI Candidate, partake of 'Latin American Theses'. This scared weak President Clinton, who asked Salinas to ask Colosio for resignation. Few weeks later, Colosio was murdered, with former 'special' agents all around. This very information was filtered by the PRI in order to blame Clinton for the murder and to exonerate Salinas. However, the situation is most diferent now, and a possible murder of Vicente Fox on Clinton's order or approval would only confirm the worst of the possibilities, that Clinton is involved in dirty business with Zedillo, Labastida and the top officers of the murderous PRI. But Clinton just doesn't care about his reputation, or anything. After all, he's above the law and the Congress is his puppet, isn't it?

In the early days of june, Henry Kissinger (former Secretary of State) met with Labastida, the candidate of the corrupt PRI that has ruled Mexico as a party-dictatorship for over 71 years, with Vicente Fox, the only oppositionist candidate with any possibility to win this Presidential elections, and with current Presidente Zedillo. This was interpreted for some as a diagnosis and recognition visit; others interpreted it as a masquerade. According to these, what Herr Kissinger really did was to make 'business' arrangements with Labastida, to pretend impartiallity by visiting Fox, and to visit Zedillo to give him instructions as to what to do.
On june 9th, Zedillo spoke with President William Clinton at the White House for 45 minutes. When they went outside, Clinton looked really worried, loathing, and trying to hide something. It would be too obvious if Fox is murdered. In such a case, noone could claim it was in the sake of "Democracy", since the PRI has ruled Mexico for over 71 years, thanks to electoral frauds, ballot buying, coertion over voters, attempts and murders; noone could claim it was in the sake of drug fight, since Fox has documents probatory of Labastida's involvement with illegal drug dealing leaders; noone could claim it was in the sake of "stability" since that murder would create unstability, and since the only way to create stability in Mexico is by means of a honest government democratically elected. Most Mexicans are tired of the PRI and the growing poverty it's creating. Mexican businessmen lost 66% of their wealth with the devaluations caused by the tremendous corruption inside the PRI-controlled government in the last six years alone; Mexican workers have lost 75% of their buying power in the last 18 years, 45% in this presidential period alone. 72 million people live in poverty in Mexico. As would be expected, most Mexicans hate the PRI.
But there are powerful interests supporting the PRI and its violence: In one hand, a honest government would make it difficult for those American politicians involved in drug traffick to grow richer, for drug flow would be disminished; in the other hand, the murder of Fox would create the ideal political unstability to allow Ernesto Zedillo to steal all the dollars and hard currency of the National Foreign Currency Reserves, U$ 31 Billion, as other presidentes had done. All he has to do is to ask his friend Guillermo Ortiz, who is accused of being a gangster to let him drain the money off, and, of course, he'll agree. The Mexican currency will devaluate, and another financial crisis will hurt thousands of investors all over the world, and Zedillo will stay under protection of the U.S. Government, just like former Presidente Carlos Salinas,.Later he'll give the money to billionaire Carlos Slim (U$ 8 Billion) to wash it out.
