New citizens may be intitled to a title of Nobility upon approval.
Multicitizenship is allowed by the laws of the Federated States of Bellatoria. (Macro and Micronational alike)
Rules of Conduct for New Citizens:
All Citizens of the Federated States of Bellatoria are obliged to know that our nation is a Neo-Feudalistic Oligarchy. Which means that various levels of nobility reign over the commoners.
Each level of nobility swears feality to the level above and the Archduke over all.
The commoners are protected under law and can vote in regional elections for Mayors and such.
Nobles are to honour the Doctrine of Government and can create laws that are not denied to them in it.
