   The Municipal Disaster Coordinating Council actively joint themselves in the service to the government for the betterment of the community.for the third time around.  The MDCC is in service to the need of the people when calamity occur, now that Mount Mayon signed up, the council formulated a prompt decision  regarding the preparation activity.
