With the Internet Server Provider(ISP) price and service competition now sweeping the 'Net, it's certain many of them will collapse. "Unlimited Access", you see, may not really be unlimited if you're tying up their modem and server time.

One of the strategies the marginal ISP's utilize is to cancel their own subscribers using a ruse that a customer was 'spamming' or 'mail-bombing'.......often with little or no notice - just "Your Cancelled!"
