As of January 2008, diplomatic relations of mutual respect and co-operation - in most cases "de facto" recognition rather than by formal treaty - have been established between Patria and the following Micronations:
Patria was a charter member of the Grand Alliance. However, this organization was declared dissolved on November 22, 1998. The following Micronations were also members of the Grand Alliance, and Patria extends de facto diplomatic recognition to all of them:
In September 1998 Patria was accepted as a member of the League of Secessionist States (LOSS), an alliance of the following Micronations, all of which are also officially recognized by Patria:

In addition to the (former) Grand Alliance and LOSS, there are some other organizations that are intended to serve as "United Nations" for Micronations:

The Ministry of External Affairs of Patria supports the efforts of Fair Vote Canada to introduce proportional representation to Canada's federal and provincial legislatures.
The Ministry would also like the government of Canada to restore the Red Ensign as Canada's rightful flag. It was good enough to die for at Dieppe, Normandy, and Vimy Ridge.
Citizenship:Unlike some other Micronations, you will not find a form that you can fill out and e-mail to acquire Patrienish citizenship. Citizenship in the Inner Realm is available to anyone at any time, because the Inner Realm is the divine kingdom that exists inside everyone and is accessible to anyone through meditation and sadhana (yoga practices). If you have ever experienced a state of ananda (bliss), santosh (contentment) or shanti (peace) through yoga and meditation, you have - to paraphrase the last speech Martin Luther King ever made - "been to the mountaintop" and "seen the promised land". You have also been to the Inner Realm, though you may have called it by a different name such as Nirvana. For those who are sincerely interested in all branches of Yoga (Hatha, Raja, Bhakti, Jnana, etc.), Hinduism, other Eastern-based spiritual paths (e.g. Tibetan Buddhism), and New Age stuff in general, from chakra balancing to reiki to reincarnation - and would like to combine your interests in these areas with micronation-building - there are many opportunities for you to become involved with Patria. In fact, you don't even have to be interested in any of this stuff. If you have an interest in languages and linguistics, you can work on developing the Patrienish language, as it becomes more Sanskrit-based. You can "adopt" one of the 13 Precincts of Patria, become the Governor of your chosen Precinct, build its Web site, etc. Although Yoga is Patria's national sport, there are baseball, soccer and hockey leagues with teams you can coach, manage, build Web sites for, and even design their home stadiums. Would you like a Cabinet position? Foreign Minister? Chancellor of the Exchequer, perhaps? They're all available. And of course, becoming involved with Patria is excellent karma for your future incarnation! So get involved! E-mail the Inner Realm today!
