PROLOGUE

      The American IRS must be the most hated institution in the World. This highly immune section of the government, the Department of Treasury, constantly revitalize and preserve itself by legally extorting the money from those who are relatively new in this country and quite not familiarized with the procedures and own rights. It is natural that newcomers recruited freshly from the outside world, such as the people of Easter European nations, at first fight to gain their privileges with this power-unleashed organization. But with time they come to realize and accept the fact that friendship with this money desperado, agonizing vegetable of the past is virtually impossible, also it is an extremely danger desire. Eventually this unique group of a savage collectors will be forced to dismantle their machine, loyal for the past 200 years to its creator doctor Frankenstein (CONGRESS there is). The IRS Inner Circle consist of those with the rich past and extraordinary present-guys, lesbians, prostitutes, those with brushes with Law, blood angry mobsters those experiencing life fiasco, and now ready to go ought to get You. It is a peculiar institution with characters failing to succeed in their private lives, or achieve their own personal happiness and satisfaction. They are the most vulnerable group to the influence of their bosses that I call the money parasites. But secrets do get revealed. Government's scandals occur behind the scene more often than the general public is aware of. Monica Levinsky sure gave us a hand, why don't I give you mine? It was then when I was employed by the IRS in Santa Ana, during the very hot summer of 1990. Well known as Carmen, I have experienced the greatest discomfort of my life, and here is the story of Money-for-Sex, IRS-Revealed for you to enjoy it as well.
