I, ELIZABETH JOLANTA KLIMAS (SARWARYN, b: in RADOM), a citizen of the United States residing in the City of Van Nuys, County of Los Angeles and State of California, being of sound and disposing mind and memory do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all Wills and Codicils by me heretofore made.

I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint Montres Rolex S.A., and ______________, as prescribed in California Probate Code, Section 248 to act as the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament. In the event that _________________ shall predecease me or chooses not to act for any reason, I nominate and appoint Montres Rolex S.A. Geneva located at Rue Francois-Dussaud 3 CH-1211 Geneva 24, Switzerland to act as the Executor of this my last Will and establish Annual International Rolex Watch Reward (stainlessteel version or Rolexor) in my name. The reward by single Annual Rolex Watch gift shall be granted to amateurs in the field of literary work promoting; human and civil rights, liberty (law) and justice, animals rights protection, and religion. Reward can not be granted to; COMMUNISTS, criminals and their children, teachers, police officers and government officials. The reward shall be given to the person who produced in the field of literature the most outstanding work in one of the four (4) mentioned direction. The produced work can be in the form of: essays, novels or poetry and the winner must demonstrate hers/his active involvement in the arena of human and civil rights protection, law and justice and animals rights protection. Winners shall be chosen without regards to their origin and ethnicity, nationality, social status, creed, religion or sex. International __________________can be one of the forum available for such a selection.

This Will is a subject to the power Of Trustee.

I direct that my Executor(s) and Trustee(s) shall not be required to furnish a bond for the faithful performance of his or her (their) duties in any jurisdiction, any provision of law to the contrary nothwithstanding, and I give my Executor and Trustees Representative(s) full power to administer my estate, including the power to settle claims, pay debts, and sell, lease or exchange real and personal property without court order.

ARTICLE I

STATEMENT ON FAMILY MEMBERS

I am not married, and I have NO CHILDREN, and NO SIBLINGS :There are no children and their siblings related to me, neither by MARRIAGE OF ANY/ONE, nor BY LAW and/or BLOOD.

RESTRICTIVE BEQUEST OF TANGIBLE PERSONAL PROPERTY

A. I hereby give and bequeath to ________________, outright, "if living" as prescribed in California Probate Code, Section 6211, % (percent) in any and all tangible personal property, (including cash, life insurance profit, stocks, bonds and real estate) which I may own at the time of my death. This bequest includes, but is not limited to, household furnishings, antiques, statues, bronze, silver and silverware, china,automobiles, books and manuscripts, precious gems [natural diamonds-white,yellow,green,blue,champagne and cognac, rubies, alexandrites, sapphires including app.320ct sapphire carving, colombian emeralds, cashmir sapphires, padparadscha sapphire, corals, opals, black onyx, pearls, lapis lazuli, breads-alexandrite, ruby, sapphire, coral, lapis lazuli, jade carvings-bowls, animals and jewelry, and others], gold and silver jewelry with precious gems as mentioned ( no oil).

RESIDUARY ESTATE

All of my devise: REAL PROPERTY AND LAND estate of every kind, nature and sort whatsoever, real personal or mixed, legal or equitable and whosesoever situated, which I may own, possess, hold or be seized of or entitled to, or over which I have any power of appointment at the time of my death, together with the income, rents, profits, interest and increments thereof, which may arise or accrue there from, I give, devise and bequeath as follows:

"The Intellectual Property Rights"

Means all of the following rights and interests which are or may hereafter become rights or interests owned by the Estate namely all intellectual property rights and interests whether legal equitable or otherwise in or relating to such rights whether joint or sole including but not limited to the following, namely:

(1) Copyright in any literary artistic photographic or other work film sound recording or matter of any nature whatsoever and rights in or relating to any designs,

(2) Performers’ rights and related rights,

(3) Trade or service marks and any goodwill, the rights to prevent passing off and similar actionable representations and any like right or interest, including rights to prevent or object to the registration or use of any trade or service mark, name or other sign, and the rights to prevent unfair competition.

(4) Rights in or relating to any confidential information (whether in writing or not),

(5) Rights to prevent ANY PERSON from using or claiming any interest in any sign, mark, name or other thing arising out of the name, status or position of THE HONORAUBLE ELIZABETH JOLANTA KLIMAS ( THE HON. E. KLIMAS; HON.ELIZABETH J. KLIMAS),

(6) All rights similar, related to or equivalent to any of the above,

(7) All rights to take proceedings and any other action whatsoever in respect of any intellectual property rights (including the rights referred to in subparagraphs (1) to (6) above and any accrued rights of action,

in each case whether such rights or interests are registered or unregistered, whether arising under the laws of the United States or of any other country in the world, whether such rights or interests exist or are created in the future and including any renewals extensions or revivals of any such rights or interests.

(8) The right to sue for and recover any thing in action or any interest in respect thereof including without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing all existing and future causes of action and all other entitlements arising out of or in respect of the Intellectual Property Rights, Trademark, Signs and Marks.

D. Payments of Any Legal Settlement, Rewards, Compensations and Judgments on action commenced with the date of my death or prior to the date of my death. Polish Officials, Naturalized Polish of any kind: _{communist's informants & crime organizing}that directly threatened my life on several occasions, thieves, kidnapers whether brought to a Justice and convicted OR NOT, Impersonators of a Family members or myself, _{US government officials} {Ongoing “submissive” terror orchestrated by the _{government-police} that includes numerous threats to life and well being with few attempts to kill:
[Crimes committed include but are not limited to multiple counts of burglaries, vandalism, thefts, robberies, extortion plot and kidnapping with cover-ups and obstruction of Justice (Downey, Dempsey, Lora Saunders - Communist’s prostituting Plunder, and John Doe - Communist’s Hit-Man)]}, police organizations, public schools, however individual pupils and students attending public schools or colleges/universities can freely compete.

I authorize and empower ___________________________, immediately upon the date of my death, to reclaim all interest and ownership in any part or all of said real property owned by me but lost by crime of theft and burglaries between 1988-2002, and not recovered prior to the date of my death. This bequest includes, but is not limited to precious gems (diamonds, opals, sapphire), gold jewelry, electronics, books, silver, plate, china, glassware, objects of art,wearing apparel, jewelry, automobiles and their accessories, and all other household goods owned.

I authorize and I direct that my Executor(s) and Trustee(s) spend such sums for funeral expenses, for cremation, the disposal of my ashes at the coast of Bora Bora or BVI, or others similarly situated tropical Islands, as they may think proper, without regard to any provisions of law limiting such expenditures.

I hereby give and bequeath to my 5 Cats: GARFIELD KLIMAS, MAYA KLIMAS, MOCCA KLIMAS, TWEETY KLIMAS & FERRGIE KLIMAS, and 1 dog AUSSIE KLIMAS, outright, if living, a twelve percent (12%) interest in any and all my property, which I may own at the time of my death, for their in house safe keep and living expenses for life.

I authorize and I direct Charitable Donations on my behalf to: Guiding Eyes For The blind located at 611 Granite Springs Road Yorktown Heights, NY 10598; Paralyzed Veterans of America located at 7 Mill Brook Road Wilton, NH 03086; The Humane Society Of The United States located at 2100 L Street, NW Washington DC 20037; The American Society For The Prevention Of Cruelty To Animals located at 424 East 92nd Street, New York NY 10128; Smithsonian Institution located at Washington DC 20560; Community Television For Southern California located at 4401 W. Sunset Boulevard Los Angeles, CA 90027; National WildLife Federation located at 11100 Wildlife Center Drive Reston, VA 20190-5362; Southern Poverty Law Center located at 400 Washington Avenue Montgomery, AL 36104; Motion Picture & Television Fund Affairs Dept. located at 23358 Mulholland Drive Woodland Hills, CA 91364; St. Labre Indian School located at Educational Association Ashland, Montana 59004;
