Pakistani governments have raised Kashmir issue time and again at many International levels. However, like with everything else, that has been done only after failing to annex Kashmir by every other means. Right from the day one of Independence of India, Pakistan tried to annex Kashmir by crooked means: They sent their army under disguise as tribesmen to conquer Jammu and Kashmir from then maharaja Hari Singh-(1). From 1947 to 1986, they tried several times various political uprisings in this state, however, failed miserably at every stage. Since 1986, they have used a new tool to scare people of Jammu and Kashmir and silence of their critics, the tool of global terrorism in the name of Islam. Jihad is what they prefer to call it, only the people who are waging this Jihad are exported into Kashmir from Pakistan(11). These terrorists are nothing but another cover up of Pakistani Army men, just like tribal cover in 1947. These people are recruited, funded trained and delivered to Jammu and Kashmir by Pakistan. These people are paid huge sums of money to kill innocent civilians mostly Hindus ( who are a minority here ) and some moderate Muslims who have courage to oppose these vicious terrorists. A genocide is in progress in the state of Jammu and Kashmir. In Kashmir valley entire Hindu community has been forced out, over 200 places Hindu of worship have been looted, burnt down and destroyed. In 1990 alone over 3000 members of this community were brutally executed, women were gang raped and even entire villages are being executed as I write this page. In last decade over 50,000 homes belonging to Hindu community have been, either burnt, destroyed or illegally occupied. All this has led to mass exudes of entire community of ~ 700,000 Hindus from the valley(10). These people now live in several places in India as refugees within their own country. The only fault of these people: They are Hindus...... plain and simple. The Jihad (13) is against infidels; for Kashmiri Hindus it means either convert to Islam or runaway from Kashmir or they will be executed.
This is truth about freedom struggle of Kashmir. This is the only truth about current Kashmir crisis created, funded and supported by Pakistan. They have guts to dub this as freedom movement. They have guts to bluff the entire world by calling their misadventures as freedom struggle and asking for their support. If this a freedom struggle, where do you find any thing close to parallel to this type of struggle? No where except in Holocaust of Jews in Germany and that was not a freedom struggle by a long short. And wait toll you read this page about their other plans about Indian subcontinent
To achieve the genocide of Hindus in Kashmir and to scare moderate Kashmiri Muslims into silence, Pakistani terrorist networks have set up about 35-40 separate organizations, with independent control and command operations. Although the command and control is independent of each other, yet operations are commonly controlled by entire leadership of the terrorist networks under the Umbrella of "Hurriyat Conference" at the directives of Pakistan and Osma bin Laden (6,9). Hurriyat conference means Freedom conference; and they are selling it as a political front to the world. In reality, Hurriyat is nothing but a terrorist leadership group. Several of these people have directly committed executions Hindus in Kashmir.Indeed Yasim Malik, A senior leader has recently admitted involvement in kidnaping of Rubia Sayeed, daughter of then home monister of India(14).These people together with Pakistan are responsible for the genocide of an entire community of Kashmiri Hindus from the valley.(2,3,5. these groups are represented in the United States by Dr. Gulam Nabi Fai, and his Kashmir American Council. The Irony is that some of the money used to bring about ethenic cleansing of Hindus in Kashmir has been collected in the United States by Fai & his men at KAC.This is the real face of freedom struggle and KAC.... What are the aims of Hurriyat (terrorist leadership)
They want freedom from what?
Secular Society and a secular country (India)
They want to create What?
A mono-religious fundamentalist Islamic Society and merge it with terrorist state of Pakistan
What about rights of 40-46% Hindus, Sikhs, Christians and other minorities in Jammu and Kashmir?
The Jihad is against infidels; for Hindus, Sikhs, Christians and other minorities it means either convert to Islam or runaway from Kashmir or they will be executed as is routinely done by these forces now. Prime targets of a decade long ethnic cleansing in Kashmir have been Hindu minorities. They are being hounded, chased, executed and their property is being seized for benefit of Jihad.(1-7)
Why is this difficult to understand for any one. Facts are plain and simple. The terrorist leadership (Hurriyat conference) wants freedom to:
Establish a totalitarian Islamic order in state of Jammu and Kashmir by means of terror; Kill innocent civilians, rape women all in the name of free society. They want a free hand to destroy anything and everything that is not Islamic. Minorities will have no place in this order, just like the state of Pakistan or Afganistan ruled by Taliban. The tragedy is that this etheic cleansing continues unabated (8)
What are responsibilities of Civilized world?
It is needless to remind the world leadership, that it was civilized world led by United States that had courage and will to stop genocide of Jews at the hands of Hitler in Germany. There is a clear precedent for the world leadership for their role and actions in Kashmir. At Save Kashmir movement we request the world leadership to;
a) Strongly condemn the terrorist activities unleashed by Hurriyat Conference in collaboration with Pakistani Army and Osma bin Laden in Jammu and Kashmir: no matter what the objectives are, terrorism is a global crime and should be stopped immediately.
b) Charge the entire terrorist leadership (Hurriyat Conference) for masterminding, planning, orchestrating and ultimately bringing about genocide and ethnic cleansing of minorities (Hindus) in Kashmir valley.
c) To create an International Criminal tribunal to prosecute all the terrorist leaders ; a)for the crimes against humanity, b) for the crimes against minorities, c) for the crimes against peaceful society.
d) To pressure Indian government to immediately arrest the entire terrorist leadership (Hurriyat conference) in Kashmir valley and prosecute them for crimes perpetuated by them against minorities in Kashmir. To use effective strategies to wipe out terrorist networks from Jammu and Kashmir. To plan for safe return of Kashmiri refugees to their homeland with honor, dignity and security or to create a safe homeland for minorities to live within Kashmir as proposed by Panun Kashmir movement(4). To take effective measures for interim relief of desperate victims of ethnic cleansing in Kashmir.
e) To pressure Pakistani government to stop sponsoring trans-border terrorism in the name of Islamic fundamentalism in Kashmir. To destroy all terrorist training camps within its borders. To pressure Pakistan to respect and honor integrity of neighboring countries. To pull out its terrorist armies from Kashmir valley and to apologize and compensate innocent victims of its terrorist campaign. To take effective measures to promote moderation in Pakistani society.
f) To help India and Pakistan create a friendly atmosphere for mutual prosperity and growth of their citizens and create a feeling of oneness among them.
May God Almighty give you courage to do the right thing and help bring the terrorist leadership in Kashmir, "Hurriyat conference" ; Osma bin Laden and Pakistani ISI leadership to justice. Please help to prevent the ongoing genocide of minority Hindus in Kashmir.
