Modern and Ancient times blend together in the magical land of Greece. With the awe inspiring ancient buidings that still stand to the modern day construction and conveniences, Greece is a spectacular place to visit.
The Acropolis in Athens
This past May I had my first visitor arrive in Europe to visit me, my Aunt Debbie (my Dad's half sister). We decided to take a trip to Greece, staying a few days in Athens along with a cruise of several of the Greek Islands and Kusadasi Turkey. We had a great time on the cruise, exploring the islands, meeting some locals and sampling the Greek cuisine.

With the white washed walls, brilliant blue doors and roofs, and the magnificant veiws and sunsets, Santorini Greece is beyond compare.
Taking a break from the views
One of our stops was to Crete to see the ancient Minoan temple ruins, often thought to be the labrinth from Greek Mythology.
Another stop was to Turkey to the port town of Kusadasi, with an excursion to the ancient ruins of Ephesus.
