We are very pleased to announce the graduation of one

                            Amy Laura Bernhardt

                from The Max M. Fisher College of Business at
                The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, with a
                B.S.B.A in Marketing.

                The ceremony will take place on June 11, 1999 at a location
                to be determined on The Ohio State University campus.

                She would like to take this opportunity to thank her friends
                and family for their support during her academic career.
