My name is Matthew Sorenson. I am a post-doctoral fellow at Hines VA. My research investigates the relationships between stress and immune function in individuals with multiple sclerosis. At times, I work part-time at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago. Major interests include: stress, coping, immunology, adaptation and child abuse/neglect. My research fits into the area known as psychoneuroimmunology.
