You can use English here. Most of attendants seem to be Japanese.

How to start this chat :
    1. Entering your name (or handlename).
    2. Click "Enter" button. (Textbox to enter your message will appear.)
    3. Enter your message in it.
    4. Click "Post" button. (messages which are written by other people will appear. When you click "Reload", the same thing will happen.)

This site is witten in Japanese. I think vocabulary is big.

How to use this dictionary :
    1. To select the type of dictionary (E->J or J->E), click the radio button.
    2. Enter the word you want to look up in the textfield.
    3. Click "KENSAKU" button.

Some Explanation :
    1. After the window opens, click "Download the SIL IPA fonts now".
    2. Click "SIL Encore IPA93 Fonts".

    4. You can find Keyman for Windows there, and click it.
