It was a surprise to hear from Ravi Massey, son of Mr. Massey, former Treasurer of AAI. He writes.....Pinky and Jerry, it was wonderful reading your homepage and all those photographs brought back the beautiful memories of childhood. I moved into the U.K. in 1987 and married an Irish girl-Sarah in 1990. I am a consultant in the Royal Liverpool Children Hospital. We have a 7 year old son-Niall and a 4 year old daughter -Eleanor. I was in Allahabad in Dec.'98. My parents are living in Katra next to Arun Paul.

Koshy Verghese.....Soon after graduation from AAI in 1982, I worked as Junior Assistant Professor with the Kerala Agricultural University based at Trichur. By 1986 completed Masters in Ag Engineering from same University as part time student and left for Sydney for a Masters in Arid Lands Management specialising in soils. Returned to India in 1989 and worked with CSIR as a pool scientist for a short while. 1990, Joined a voluntary organisation by name AFPRO and worked in the position which Abel Immaraj left vacant upon his venture to another company. Worked in this position for five years in Udaipu (Rajasthan) and Delhi till 1995. Left India in 1995 as a resident of Australia. Lived in Sydney and currently living in a small country town with population 2500 working for the NSW State govt Department of Land & Water conservation designated as Catchment Advisory Officer which is a regional job covering about 32 million hectares of semi-arid land. This is an average job with lot of travelling etc etc.
On the personal side; married to Jean who is a Civil Engineer fron Kerala, India in 1995. Have two children (boys) George and Gerry aged 6 and 8 years. Jean worked in Delhi with Central Water Commission for 8 years and we lived in Delhi towards the last few years in India.
In touch with few aggies in Australia and India. I do send a message to Mark Paul once in a way as well as Abel who is in Australia.

A true replica of his father, Mr. O. P. Agarawal, it was great to hear from his son Anurag Agarwal. Anurag has his own factory in Aligarh, India, is married with kids and writes computer programes as a hobby !
Kwang Kay and wife Sheeba Lyndoh were in India for 3 weeks, in May. It was 15 years since they last visisted India....and we heard some great stories....
Mr. S.S. Verma is visiting India after 18 years. He is presently in Allahabad and will be there for about a month. Janice Ulsaker and her son Tate Ulsaker (born in Allahabad) will be joining him in Allahabad shortly.
Janice re-married her ex-husband Dr. Ramsey. He is doing much better now as he is on some new experimental drugs. Do say a prayer for him !
Asha Daniels nee Newton is on her way to recovery after a dreadful
car accident. Please remember her in your prayers.
Bandy and family and Peter Pereira were down in West Malaysia last month. Jerry joined them at a small get together at Pastor Johnson's place. Wednesday, June 23, 1999An update on dad Verma......he spent 2 days at the Ag. Inst and stayed with the Shepherds. He was crossing the main road at the college and got knocked by a truck and landed up in hospital with stitches on his eyes and arms......is pretty shaken up and is returning back to Minn., US on 5th, July cutting short his trip......Do say a prayer for him !!! Thank you !!!!

1. A friend stops to see you since your phone has been busy - for a year !!!!!
2. You forgot how to work the TV remote control.
3. You see something funny and scream, "LOL, LOL."
4. You tell everyone, that after surgery, your mom went to ICQ ......instead of ICU!
5. You sign off and your screen says you were on for 3 days and 45 minutes.
6. You placed the refrigerator beside your computer.
7. You buy a laptop and a cell phone so you can have ICQ in your car.
8. Tech support calls YOU for help.
9. You beg your friends to get an account so you can "hang out."
10. You get a second phone line just to call out for pizza.
11. You purchase a vanity car license plate with your screen name on it.
12. You say "he he he he" or "heh heh heh" instead of laughing.
13. You say "SCROLL UP" when someone asks what it was you said.
14. You find out divorce papers had been served on you 6 months ago.
15. You talk on the phone with the same person you are sending an instant message to.
16. You look at an annoying person off line and wish that you had your ignore button handy.
17. You start to experience "withdrawal" after not being online for awhile.
18. You say......."Where did the time go??"
19. You sit on ICQ for 6 hours for that certain special person to sign on.
20. You get up in the morning and go online before getting your coffee.
21. .....You end your sentences with.....three or more periods.......
22. Your shoes are suddenly 2 sizes too small.
23. You think faster than the computer.
24. You enter a room and get greeted by 25 people with {{{hugs}}} and ** kisses**.
25. Being called a newbie is a major insult to you.
26. You're on the phone and say BRB.
27. Your teacher or boss recommends a drug test for the blood shot eyes.
28. Your answering machine/voice mail sounds a little like this...."BRB. Leave your S/N and I'll TTYL ASAP".
29. You get up at 2:00 AM to go to the bathroom and turn the computer on instead.
30. You need to be pried from your computer by the Jaws-of-life.
How To Know When You're Getting Older
Everything hurts, and what doesn't hurt doesn't work.
The gleam in your eye is from the sun hitting your bifocals.
You feel like the morning after, and you haven't been anywhere.
Your little black book contains names only ending in M.D.
Your children begin to look middle age.
You finally reach the top of the ladder and find it is leaning against the wrong wall.
Your mind makes contracts your body can't keep.
A dripping faucet causes and uncontrollable bladder urge.
