And, of course.. how could anyone forget my honey! Here's me and my boyfriend Bob. We met in January of 1997 and called it 'official' on the Ides of March. He taught me all there is to know about how to be a kick-ass Quake player. Here's another picture of him slurping me. He finally moved in with me this Easter and we're loving life together.. he's definitely a sweetie. Here's another picture.
I have a zoo!!:
(The scoop on Jeli)
We got Jeli from the SPCA about 4 years ago after watching the musical 'Cats'. (hence, the similar name) I've never seen another cat with the same coloring which makes him unique in that sense. He's about 6 years old and his favorite hobby is staring at walls. At the moment, he's living with my mom, sister, and brother, but will probably live with me next year. He's pretty spoiled by me: I always buy him expensive catnip toys, but his favorite toy seems to be this long pink plastic stick that he likes to chase around. Go figure. He has stinky breath so he gets his teeth cleaned fairly often, and his vaccinations are due in August (so remind me)
Jeli's Cat Code plus more stuff on kitties.
(The scoop on Syrene)
Syrene is a year old baby ball python I got from Brian Lindsay, a guy that breeds all types of reptiles in stuff. She has this cool swirly design on the side of her head and an alien design right next to that. Amazingly enough, her favorite hobby is staring at walls too. Here's another picture of me holding her. It took a while for my friends to get used to her, but they're adjusting. (We won't mention the snake/underware episode a few weeks ago) Hey, she's now three feet long! Take a peek at her!.
(The scoop on Julius)
Julius is our residential spazzo cat. Bob nursed him from the time he was a kitten - his eyes weren't even open! We think this is why he's so crazy.. no parental discipline. He doesn't even know how to meow. Him and I have this love/hate relationship going on right now. Here he is looking pissed at me..
(The scoop on Caesar)
We lovingly call Caesar our halloween kitty cuz when she stretches she look pretty darn scary. She also has this really dark face and bright yellow eyes that always look startled. It's kind of frightening to see her in the dark. She has odd habits like cackling when she sees birds outside and scratching for about an hour outside the litter pan after she goes potty. also has an ear piercing mew..
(The scoop on Harley)
Harley is our newest addition to the family, he's a 4 year old Quarter Horse gelding who I bought this year. He lives over at Black Tie Arabians and spends his days in training with a wonderful trainer, Todd Hickerson. I did have him at Pine Trails Ranch, but found out after a while that the owner, Michelle is an evil, vile, nasty bitch who thinks she knows everything about anything! She called Harley a 'dangerous and unpredictable' horse.. my docile little Quarter Horse (can you believe that??) Anyhow, it shows you how much she knows about training. After moving to a different barn and talking with people, I soon found out there is a whole group of 'Pine Trails Refugees' who had bad experiences at that ranch. If only I had known sooner! Anyhow, I lived and learned, and now he's at the most immaculate barn for training and will be moving to the Equestrian Center to work with an awesome western trainer, Carolyn. Here's another picture of him..
