What I love about UC Berkeley?

-The students.
-The beauty of nature on- and off-campus.
-The unique buildings on-campus.
-The view of the Bay Area from the top of Sather Tower. -Tilden Park.
-Top Dog.
-Fat Slice.
-Durant Food Court (aka Shady Asian).
-The BART.
-The random shops and carts on Telegraph.
-Ultimate Frisbee.
-The clean air.
-My new house and my new house-mates right on College Ave.

Ahhhh! Home Sweet Home!! This here is one of the halls in Unit 3.
   
Well, what can I say about my first year? At first, unfortunately, it was a disappointment with my whole dorm situation. Luckily, I was able to make friends in my boyfriend's dorm. I lived in Putnam Hall, but my real home was in Priestley Hall. Thanks to many Priestley kids, I was finally able to adjust nicely from high school to college. I have many great memories as an honorary Priestley resident.

I went to Berkeley with many good friends from high school. Thank goodness I was always able to turn to them in my slumps.

If I had to say what was the best thing about my first year in college, it would be that I always had Nik by my side. Even though we're no longer together, I know that he will still always be by my side.
