                                                       FADE IN:

               EXT. STREET - AFTERNOON

Two young men dressed casually are walking down an empty
suburban street, JIMMY and PAUL. They come across a large,
sealed cardboard box resting on the sidewalk.

                                   JIMMY
What do you think is inside?

                                   PAUL
                         Don't know, don't care.

                                   JIMMY
                         Let's open it up.

                                   PAUL
                         That's not a good idea.

                                   JIMMY
                         How come?

                                   PAUL
Well for one, we're gonna be late
for the movie. And two, it says DO
                         NOT OPEN.

                                   JIMMY
                         Where?

Paul rotates the box, revealing a sticker to Jimmy that
               reads, "DO NOT OPEN."

                                   PAUL
                         There.

                                   JIMMY
Paul, how come you always have to
                         ruin the fun.

                                   PAUL
                         I don't, but there's times to have
fun and there's times to be smart,
                         Jimmy

                                   JIMMY
                         Don't you ever take risks?

                                   PAUL
Sure I do. But I take calculated
risks, risks that are worth taking.
Opening a cardboard box with a
sticker that says DO NOT OPEN,
                         isn't a risk worth taking.

                                   JIMMY
Sure it is, because you don't know
what's inside of it. There could
be a million dollars or something.

                                   PAUL
A million dollars? Jimmy, let's be
                         realistic.

                                   JIMMY
That's not the point, there could
                         be anything in there.

                                   PAUL
                         No.

                                   JIMMY
                         Come on.

                                   PAUL
No, Jimmy. We already went over
                         this.

                                   JIMMY
                         ...I'm going to open it.

Jimmy takes a key from his pocket and starts to cut the tape
               that seals the box

                                   PAUL
                             (Sarcastically)
                         Jimmy, stop. I know what's
                         inside... It's a bomb.

Jimmy doesn't catch on to Paul's sarcasm.

                                   JIMMY
                         You mean a real bomb?

                                   PAUL
Yes Jimmy, a bomb. You know those
                         things that go BOOM.

                                   JIMMY
I've never seen a bomb before...

                                   PAUL
Damn it, Jimmy, you don't want to
                         see a bomb, trust me.

                                   JIMMY
Then what you suppose we do with
                         it?

                                   PAUL
                         Absolutely nothing, just leave it
the way it is. If we open it,
                         Jimmy, that'll activate the timer.
So unless you know how to defuse a
bomb, we just ought to leave it.

                                   JIMMY
                         Just leave it here?

                                   PAUL
Yes. You see, this package is for
                         my uncle.

               Paul looks at his watch.

                                   PAUL (CONT'D)
                         Come on Jimmy, let's go.

                                   JIMMY
It's for your uncle? Why does
someone want to blow up your uncle?

               Paul rolls his eyes.

                                   PAUL
No, it's for my uncle to give to
someone. He's part of the secret
                         service. I shouldn't be telling
you this, Jimmy. This is top
                         secret stuff.

                                   JIMMY
Your uncle Rufus is in the secret
                         service?

                                   PAUL
Yes. He's a mean lean killing
machine. But we're going to be
late for that movie Jimmy, if we
                         don't get a move on.

                                   JIMMY
                         Wow.

They leave the box right where it is and start to walk away.
Jimmy is in total amazement, Paul just carries a smirk on his
               face.
As soon as they leave, a MAN walking down the street see's
the box. He looks at it for a bit, and hesitantly decides to
open it. To his surprise there's a million dollars in cash
resting in the box. He jumps with joy

                                                       FADE OUT.
