Purpose and Vision:  As a senior medical student applying for post graduate residency training in Radiation Oncology, I have built www.xrt.us as a resource portal for myself and other applicants to help disseminate knowledge and ease anxiety regarding the match process.  It is also my goal to take this opportunity to educate others of radiotherapy, including recent advancements in our field, as well as exposing its limitations in the pursuit of treating cancer.
