Match Lucky Bag Figures
Match brought out their own 22 figures and gave them away in “Lucky Bags”. The lucky bags were sold in Newsagents and cost 99p. They contained a figure, sweets, crayons and other goodies. All the players have identical strips, white shirt, blue shorts and white socks with a blue trim. There is no name on the base. This is a full list of the players:
David Seaman, Tim Flowers, Colin Hendry, Graeme Le Saux, Phil Neville, Garry Neville, Rio Ferdinand, Sol Campbell, Gareth Southgate, Tony Adams, David Beckham, Paul Scholes, Paul Gascoigne, Paul Ince, Nicky Butt, Garry McAllister, David Batty, Steve McManaman, Teddy Sheringham, Robbie Fowler, Andy Cole, Michael Owen.
I don’t know how many of these were produced, possibly around 5,000 of each.
