Hi this is Coach Rowe and welcome to the new look OzSwoosh website. I am excited to bring you basketball hints and tips in this new format. This new format will allow for more regular updates of information. Much of what you are used too is still here with all pages now updated. There is also an additional page on Team Offence, and some new fun games added to the Juniors page. Whether you are a player, parent, official or coach this site should have something for you.  If you have any questions I will be happy to respond to your emails when time permits. This site has replaced "Coach Rowe's Basketball Hints and Tips" and will be updated regularly so check back from time to time. It still contains all the coaching hints and tips from the previous site with the addition of new information including a NEW screening offence Team 'O' #2, be sure to check it out.

The page layout has been streamlined to increase download efficiency. A Programs page has been added offering free PDF downloads of coaching forms and individual skills programs. Links have been updated to include all our major referring websites from across the globe. There are excellent links for players and coaches, be sure to take a look.
