The Head Instructor
Iriminage (Entering Throw) - One favorite technique of most Aikido practitioners. Here the technique is being demonstrated by the head instructor of the Kinjo Aikido Club.
PANCHO SENSEI
Pancho Sensei briefly studied combat judo during his high school days at YMCA, Manila. He
stopped when his father advised him to concen- trate more on his studies. For a long time, his dream of becoming a martial artist was set aside  when he became a bodybuilding instructor and also got busy performing cultural shows. He traveled a lot , five times to Japan and twice to the Middle East. Japan's cullture may have had a very strong influence on him, one reason that attracted him to study Aikido since it is a Japanese art.
He studied Aikido at the Philippine AikiKai in Manila under Omar Camar Sensei (8th dan) . Manila Aikido Club was the former name of Philippine AikiKai, and was formerly affiliated with Hombu Dojo, Japan. .Here, he received his Shodan (1st dan-rank) in 1994 and still hold this rank to this day,  choosing to have an indepen- dent school. Practitioners from different traditional schools are very much welcome at his dojo.
