The pitch and club house were used to host a competative match for the first time on the 27th February 1999(see Match Reports). For the first time in its history Accra RFC has a place to call home.
We would like to thank both Guiness (Gh) Ltd, Taysec Ltd. and the University of Ghana, without whom we would still be without pitch and club house.
In the middle of 1998 the Sod-cutting cermony took place at the new site.There were representatives from both Guiness and the University present, in addition to some of the key members from the rugby team.
