Chicken Korma
Ingredients
diced chicken, equivalent of 1 breast
oil - enough to fry chicken in - 1-2 tbs
2 tsp korma curry powder - or put in your own combination of spices!
300ml cream (I used single, and it wasn't very thick. I added a little milk to pad it out)
1/2 small onion
1 crushed garlic clove
rice with optionals to serve
Method
Fry chicken in oil til cooked. Add onion, garlic & curry powder/spice, cook a little. Add cream (milk could be used if you have no cream or are concerned about calories, but it will make a thinner sauce). Simmer.
While you are cooking the chicken you can also be doing rice - I like pilau or saffron better than plain - you can get stock cubes to make this easy! Any rice will do.
When everything is cooked to your liking, serve, with any other food you desire (I had chapattis).
