"I think Chris Simon Is a solid "team" player. He is getting better at picking his spots to deliver that devastating check of his. With his size and strength he has shown he can create some good scoring chances by checking body's off the puck, and using his long reach to disrupt the play. Granted he is not the quickest skater out there but he makes up for that with his hard work and determination. This is the first time Simon has not been relagated to role of enforcer, even though he definitely has the goods to bring, he is still developing as a complete player. You can see him improving every game, he will at least develope into a 20/20 guy. Who knows, with some good off-season skating and skills work he could be beter than that! Did I mention his good hard wrist shot? "As for trading away Keith Jones to get him, I like the move. Although he is scoring some goals over there, he's on Colorado for Christ sake, I don't miss him. It bothered me to know that Jonesy was supposed to be a toughguy, we need only one Dale Hunter style player on this team. We he retires we can acquire another annoyer to replace him. Its good to have muscle!!"
