...and the product:

The Ravens moved into their new stadium at Camden Yards in 1998. The stadium, located off of Russell Street south of Oriole Park, seats approximately 69,000 fans.

The Virginia-based internet Service Provider PSINet bought the "presenting Sponsor" rights to the stadium in 1999. PSINet Stadium will be the name for the next 20 years at a cost of over $100 million.
