Every year I host a little contest to determine the best handicapper and this year will be no different. The rules are simple:

  1. I will have the Picks section ready by Thursday of each week and will use the latest lines.
  2. The results will be based on the lines posted on Thursday even though they may change slightly by game day.
  3. I will post my picks by Saturday - Midnight CST.
  4. You may make as many picks as you wish.
  5. There will be 2 winners each week - 1 winner by percentage of winning picks and 1 winner by points.
  6. Points are figured + 1.0 for each win and - 1.1 for each loss.
  7. No picks will be allowed once the games have started, although you may make picks for the afternoon or evening games before they start.
  8. I will maintain a handicappers database for the season to determine the top handicappers. Weekly winners will be posted on my main page.
  9. Picks will be disqualifed if all the required fields are not filled in.
  10. Good Luck to all this year -- let's take it to 'em.
