This match was hosted by two cities - first part of the match was played in London and the second - in Leningrad. Only nine monthes have passed since the previous match in Moscow. Kasparov and Karpov have already played 72 (!) games during two previous matches. After the first half of the match, the advantage of Kasparov was only one point. After the Kasparov's win in the 16-th game his advantage has already been 3 points. There was no doubt, that Kasparov was going to win the match, but ... 3 (!) lost games in a row and the situation has become equal. Here Kasparov once more showed, that he is a real fighter. He won the 22-th game and lately, all the match. It's was their third match, but not the last...
